I enrolled at the University of Pretoria in 1997, part-time, and completed my law studies in 2002. A Bachelors of Law (commonly know as an LL.B degree) was bestowed on me by the University in 2003.

I completed my 2 year Articles of Clerkship at Burden & Swart Attorneys where I was exposed to all aspects of the law.

I was admitted to the profession and enrolled by the High Court as a Practicing Aattorney on 29 June 2004.

In February 2007 I joined the firm P J Faurie Incorporated where I mainly focused on Third Party Claims. This laid the foundation of my understanding of Personal Injury Law and Insurance Law.

Herman Prinsloo Attorneys was established on 1 March 2015.
